Tom Agostino has been performing throughout Arizona at clubs, festivals, churches and grange halls since moving here from Los Angeles seven years ago. Tom recently celebrated the 7th Anniversary of hosting Northern Arizona’s popular radio show the Folk Sessions, Live! on the KJAZZ Radio Nrework. A former AMAZ Records artist, Spirit and the Bone (2005), along with Alexa MacDonald & Folk Sessions Vol I (04), Tom sings with a strong, soulful voice, plays a mean guitar, has a comfortable way with an audience and a catalogue of fine songs. He recently released his 3rd CD, Seven Rivers, on Folk Sessions records. In early 2009 Tom formed the Acoustic/Folk group Soul Creek, featuring Meg Bohrman on accordian.
“Tom and Alexa are the sun and moon of acoustic music in the Central Highlands of Arizona.”
Andrew Johnson Schmidt, chairman, KYXS, Coyote Radio
“There is a certain energy that jumps out at you when listening to Tom Agostino’s ‘Seven Rivers’ CD. The more you listen the more you are drawn into the music. This recording is Tom’s best to date!”
